Postage & Delivery

We aim to make all deliveries within 2 to 5 working days of your order being cleared for process. Deliveries are made by courier on a 2 to 5 day delivery service once leaving the warehouse.

You will be sent a courtesy email to inform you that your order has been dispatched and when you should expect delivery. It is then your responsibility to make arrangements for somebody to receive the delivery. Requests for your order to be left without a signature, are at your own risk, we take no responsibility should anything happen to your delivery is made.

If you miss your delivery, the courier will leave you a card with your consignment number and contact details for your local depot. You are then responsible for contacting the courier company to arrange a more convenient day for delivery or the collection of your goods. If by the time you receive/collect your goods, they are in an unsatisfactory condition it is your responsibility.

If you have missed your delivery and you do not have a card or if the courier fails to deliver on time, please contact the office as soon as possible on 01634 360016 and we will do our best to resolve the matter. Please be aware, that if you do not inform us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date, we accept no responsibility for the condition of you order.   

If your delivery arrives externally damaged, please request that the delivery driver makes a note of your consignment being damaged, before you except and sign for it.

If your delivery arrives with internal damages, please inform us as soon as possible so we can rectify the situation to your satisfaction.
