Supervisor
Phil Appleton is our Field Supervisor. His main responsibilities are ensuring our contracts run smoothly and works hand in hand with Nicola to run the field side of our business.

Started with Monarch straight out of school and has progressed his way up to a field supervisor. During his years with us he has gained a vast knowledge of the cabling industry and is a skilled worker of the highest calibre.

Jackson Brown

Lead Fibre Engineer
As our lead fibre engineer Jackson manages a small team of splicers that all work to the highest standards. Having worked on the networks prior to becoming a splicer, Jackson has extensive knowledge of all aspects of the industry.

Sian is the newest member of our team and is in charge of sales and purchasing. Sian comes with a wealth of experience and is a big asset to our team and an important part of our future plans and structure.
